At Randy's Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or outer box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the shoes, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
